History and Background:

Henderson Engineering Group, LLC (HEG) was founded on February 26, 2008 by Brent Henderson. The Firm began operations as a sole proprietor under the Brent L. Henderson, P.E. name until July of 2008. On July 23rd of 2008, Henderson Engineering Group, LLC was incorporated in the State of Arizona as a domestic limited liability company. HEG is currently in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission.

HEG operates as a consulting engineering firm under the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration. The Firm’s registration (#15281) is annually renewed in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes and Board Rules. Henderson Engineering Group’s firm registration is currently active.

Leadership:

HEG is a family owned and operated business based in Mesa, Arizona. The Firm is jointly owned and managed by Brent L. Henderson and Rochelle L. Henderson. Brent is the firm’s President/Senior Project Manager and Rochelle is the company’s Vice President.

As President, Brent manages all aspects of the Firm’s operation including; Management, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, and CAD. He is also HEG’s Senior Project Manager and oversees the project management and engineering of all of the Firm’s projects. Brent has more than 23-years of Civil Engineering experience. He holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and is an Arizona Registered Civil Engineer (#31117). He is listed with the Board as Henderson Engineering Group’s Responsible Registrant.

Rochelle is HEG’s Vice President and assists with Accounting, Marketing, and Engineering. She holds a B.S. Degree in Bio-Engineering from Arizona State University and a Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certificate in Secondary Math Education from Rio Salado College. She is an Arizona Certified Secondary Education Math Teacher. She also teaches high school mathematics at AAEC Early College High School’s Red Mountain Campus.
